Refund & cancellation

What happens if it does not work out. Last updated 23 September 2026.

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial on full Track Plus features, and we do not ask for card details to begin it. This is deliberate: the main reason a subscription fails is that the customer’s tracker turns out to be incompatible, and the trial surfaces that before any money changes hands.

The refund window

If you pay and then decide within 14 days that the service is not for you, email us and we will refund the full amount. No form to fill in, and we will not make you sit through a retention pitch.

After 14 days

Beyond that window we do not refund the remainder of a year, because the cost of running your account is already committed. You keep full access until the paid period ends. You can turn off renewal at any time, and nothing auto-charges without notice.

If our platform is at fault

If a prolonged outage on our side makes the service unusable, tell us. We will extend your subscription by the affected period, or refund it pro rata if you would rather leave. This does not apply to interruptions caused by your own device, your SIM, or your mobile operator’s network, since we have no control over those.

Cancelling

  • Turn off auto-renewal in account settings at any time.
  • Tracking continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Your device, your SIM and your exported data remain yours. We do not disable hardware.
  • Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data.

Add-ons

SMS packs are consumable and are refundable only if unused. Fleet plans follow the same 14-day window, calculated from the date of the consolidated invoice.

How to request a refund

Email track@w3ctrl.com from the address on the account, with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
