What we provide

W3ctrl Track is a software platform that receives data from GPS tracking devices you own and presents it to you as maps, history, reports and alerts. We provide software and server capacity. We do not sell, supply, install or warrant tracking hardware or SIM connectivity.

What you are responsible for

• Owning or having lawful authority over the tracking device and the vehicle it is fitted to.
• Maintaining an active data connection on the SIM inside your tracker.
• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing them beyond the logins your plan permits.
• Complying with Indian law regarding tracking people and vehicles. Tracking a vehicle you do not own or control, or a person without their knowledge, may be unlawful.

Device compatibility

We support a very large number of tracker protocols, but we cannot guarantee any specific device will work. Some trackers are firmware-locked by their manufacturer to a fixed server address and cannot be redirected to any platform. The free trial exists precisely so you can establish compatibility before paying.

Engine cut-off

Where your device supports it and a relay has been physically wired in, the platform can send engine stop and restore commands. You use this feature entirely at your own risk and accept responsibility for the consequences of issuing such a command. Never use it on a moving vehicle. We are not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from its use or from its failure to operate.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures, mobile-operator outages and problems with your own device or SIM can all interrupt tracking. This is a convenience and security tool, not a life-safety system, and it should not be relied on as one.

Payment and renewal

Plans are billed yearly in advance, per device. Prices shown include the service only. If you do not renew, tracking is suspended; your device, SIM and existing data remain yours. See our refund policy for cancellations.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to stalk, harass or unlawfully monitor any person, to interfere with our infrastructure, or to resell access without a written agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for vehicle theft, loss of goods, consequential loss, or loss arising from missed or delayed alerts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
